Took part in July 05 workshop in Switzerland
A) My working situation:
I am currently coordinating a pilot project for professional formation in rural areas in the Ecuadorian Sierra. The Project (Reto Rural) is technically and financially supported by the Swiss Cooperation and Development Agency -COSUDE.

B) My challenge for the workshop:
The main challenges I have in my job, and which I hope I will be able to analyze during the workshop in Switzerland, are essentially related to the different and heterogeneous work spaces and coordination, since I must simultaneously relate with ministries and institutions from the central government, regional and local governments, public and private entities responsible for the educational services, community leaders, local educational institutions, the working and productive  sectors, as well as with the beneficiaries of the professional formation.

This coordination is necessary in order to institutionalize the modalities and to turn them into public policies sustainable in time.

C) My contribution:
I believe that my main contribution will be related to the work in the public policy field and the design of creative and participative strategies for educational and social problem solving.

D) My topical interests
Organizing demand and supply of training
Livelihood coalitions
Department stores
Mobile Units
Public Policies
