Took part in the Workshop in July 05 in Switzerland

My working situation:
I am responsible for developing training institute for vocational training for the school leavers. This training institute is responsible to develop and impart agriculture and livestock related skills training to the young boys and girls through a) the apprentice training program, b) farm business training program and c) community leaders training.
Presently I am working to develop skill related curricula for the three training programs. Simultaneously the skills training for community leaders and farm business training are being field-tested to see the relevance.

My challenge for the workshop:
Trying to reach out to as many school leavers as possible to equip them with skills and knowledge to make them stay in the villages through meaningful self-employment. This is a great challenge in the face of limited human resources (capacities) and financial constraints. Look forward to gain good insights as how we can manage such resources to the optimum level

My contribution:
I have some experiences in organizing skill-based trainings in the field of agriculture

My topical interests:
1. Madrinos/Padrinos
2. Training Center (and outreach)
3. Capacity and Organisation Development related to SDRA
