My work:
At present I am a Facilitator Knowledge Management, working at SDC headquarters. For the past 20 years I have been involved in knowledge transfer, both working as a researcher and a consultant in issues pertaining to natural resource management and as a technocrat/bureaucrat at SDC (Western Africa Division, Environment Division).

My checkreality/case:
I look at skills development in rural areas issues from the perspective of somebody working at the interface of research and providing access to knowledge, focusing on stakeholders interests, aims, strategies and resources. My 3-years experience in a rural area development programme in Kenya helps me to narrow down concepts and theories to realities of rural
people.


My participation:
As an observer and learner, being interested in the way communication and moderation of this platform work.
