My work:
Since some 8 years I am working
in the field of technical cooperation / TVET and employment promotion. My
field experience: Asia, Africa and Europe. Since 1.5 years I am working
at GTZ-HQ, involved in conceptual work.
My checkreality/case:
My pracitcal (long term) field
experiences are related to PR China in-company training), Indonesia
(TVET system reform linking policy relatedaspects with targetgroup intrventions),
Malaysia (technology tranfer and training) and Swaziland (formal, nonformal
training and informal sector interventions, skills development for people
living in rural areas) My conceptual background (in 'process'): starting
point GErman biased TVET issues - discovery of the informal sector - Skills
development - HR Concepts - ???? - ???
