A) My working situation:
I am a consultant in the fields of agriculture
and rural development, was active many years in Switzerland
and in developing countries, in the last 10 years mainly in
Albania; now working for SDC as an advisor to the farmers'
association AGROPUKA, Albania, together with my wife Rita, who
supports me in working with women and for processing fruits and
vegetables.
B) My challenge for the workshop:
We shall be only on the second day present
in the workshop, mainly to meet personally some of them having
participated actively in the discussion during more than two
years. My challenge is to learn from others about successful
practices in skill development in rural areas, mainly in the
field of agriculture.
C) My contribution:
In discussions we may share experiences made
in Albania with other participants.

about this concept.
