Took part in July 05 workshop in Switzerland
My working situation:
Since 2004 I am working for the thematic division Employment and Income at SDC Head Office in Bern, Switzerland. My special focus within the division is on the topic of employment and income promotion in rural areas.

My challenge for this workshop:
The topic of employment and income promotion in rural areas is strongly linked to questions concerning skills development in rural areas. Therefore, I expect this workshop to give me a deeper insight into the topic of skills development and the question of how to deal with this issue in the specific context of rural areas.

My contribution:
There are no particular contributions from my side apart from my particular interest in the specific questions of skills development in rural areas and the thoughts I can offer from my professional experience.

First priority: Launching and monitoring
Second priority: Training Center (and outreach)
Third priority: Organizing Demand and Supply of Trainings
