My working situation:
Since
2002
I am working as Country Director for Swiss Agency for
Development and
Cooperation
(SDC) in Bolivia. As of July 2005 I will
take over the position
as
head of SDC's Thematic Division Employment and
Income at SDC's Head
Office,
Bern.
My challenge for the workshop:
My challenge will be to
get
an overview of the issues and topics of SDRA
that are, firstly,
relevant
for the domain as such, secondly, important
for SDC, and, thirdly,
for
me in the new position. My exposure to this
workshop will be gauged
with
my 20 years of experience in development
cooperation that include
partly also areas of SDRA. - I will participate
as a listener, learner -
above all.
My contribution:

overall
experience.

interests:
1 - Organizing Demand
and
Supply of Trainings
2 - Overall contextual, conceptual and management aspects with regard to
SDRA
(not mentioned in the list; let's see if there exists interest,
otherwise I will find my way through the workshop)
